Thousands of self-confessed drug pushers and users surrender to authorities in Tagum City

Thousands of drug pushers and users have surrendered themselves into the authorities on Saturday! This is considered as the single biggest surrender so far, under the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte.

As soon as he was elected as the president of the Philippines, President Duterte has vowed to perform a bloody war against the illegal drugs! More than a hundred suspects involved in drug have already been killed for attacking the arresting officers.

HE then recently named the 5 police generals who are acting as the protectors of drug syndicates. He also went on a national TV to go on details about the elaborate matrix off drug operations in this country.

Almost 4,000 suspects have come to an auditorium in Tagum City on Saturday.

The suspects then signed their names on a gigantic "commitment wall" and promised to abandon drugs for the rest of their lives.

The suspects who have surrendered themselves weren't detained, instead, they'll be monitored by the police.
