The man known as the “Rock” has finally met the rock sellers of Bilibid.

During the turnover ceremony at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP), PNP chief Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa—accompanied by Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre III—finally met three of the country’s purported top drug lords—Herbert Colangco, Peter Co, and Jaybee Sebastian.

The encounter took place outside a bus where several high-profile inmates were temporarily kept during the ceremony.

In a brief video provided by PTV-4, Dela Rosa can be heard asking Colangco his name, his address, and whether he was a good singer. He also jokingly told Colangco he should sing for him next time.

In another video taken from a different angle, Dela Rosa can be seen huddling with Colangco and asking him whether he’s involved with convicted drug kingpin Peter Co. After Colangco answered in the negative, Dela Rosa then told him he better be saying the truth.

Dela Rosa is also seen talking with convicted kidnapper and another rumored top drug lord Jaybee Sebastian as the latter stands outside the bus. The PNP chief can be heard asking him whether it’s true he holds a high position inside the prison—a charged which the latter denied.

Co, who has been identified in several reports as the country’s No. 1 drug lord, also presented himself after he was called by Dela Rosa to come out of the bus.

Colangco, Co and Sebastian were labeled as the VIP inmates of Bilibid following a series of raids which uncovered their luxurious lifestyle inside the country’s main penitentiary.
